Davidson Photography Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to monetary gift vouchers purchased from Davidson Photography through www.davidsonphotography.co.uk.

1. Voucher value
Davidson Photography Gift Vouchers are available in the monetary values shown at the time of purchase, currently £25, £50, £75 and £100.

A gift voucher represents the monetary value stated on the voucher. It does not guarantee a particular photography session, package or service at a fixed price.

If the price of a photography session or service changes after a voucher is purchased, the voucher will continue to be worth its original monetary value and can be used towards the current price of an eligible booking.

2. Delivery
Gift vouchers are supplied digitally. Following purchase, a unique gift voucher code is issued electronically through Davidson Photography's online store.

The purchaser may choose to have the gift voucher sent to themselves or directly to the intended recipient using the options available at checkout.

3. Validity
Davidson Photography monetary gift vouchers do not expire.

4. Redemption
Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards eligible Davidson Photography photography sessions and services.

To use a voucher towards a photography booking, the recipient should contact Davidson Photography and provide the gift voucher code when arranging or paying for the session.

All photography bookings remain subject to availability and to any terms applicable to the photography service being booked.

5. Bookings costing more than the voucher value
If the cost of the selected photography session or service exceeds the available gift voucher balance, the recipient must pay the remaining amount using an accepted payment method.

Any additional agreed costs, including applicable travel charges, upgrades or optional extras, are payable separately where they exceed the available voucher balance.

6. Remaining balances
If the full value of a gift voucher is not used, the remaining balance will remain available for future redemption.

More than one Davidson Photography gift voucher may be used towards the same eligible purchase or booking where supported.

Gift vouchers cannot be topped up or have additional value added after purchase.

7. Cash value
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where a refund is required by law or provided under the cancellation and refund provisions below.

No cash change will be given where the value redeemed exceeds the amount due. Any unused voucher balance will instead remain available for future use.

8. Cancellations and refunds of gift vouchers
The purchaser may request cancellation and a full refund of an unused gift voucher within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser using the original payment method wherever possible.

Once a gift voucher has been used, either in full or in part, it cannot normally be cancelled or refunded as a gift voucher. This does not affect any statutory rights the purchaser or recipient may have.

9. Cancellation or rescheduling of a photography booking
Once a gift voucher has been redeemed towards a photography session, the normal cancellation and rescheduling terms applicable to that booking will apply.

Where a refund for a photography booking is due and the original payment was made using a gift voucher, the relevant amount may be returned to the gift voucher balance.

10. Transfer of vouchers
Gift vouchers may be given or transferred to another person before redemption.

The gift voucher code should be kept secure. Anyone using a valid voucher code may be able to redeem its balance. If a voucher email or code is lost, please contact Davidson Photography and reasonable efforts will be made to locate or resend the voucher using the original order information.

11. Availability of services
Purchase of a monetary gift voucher does not guarantee availability for a particular date, location, photographer service or type of session.

Photography sessions must be arranged with Davidson Photography and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

12. Seasonal and promotional vouchers
Some seasonal, promotional or service-specific vouchers may have additional conditions relating to the photography experience, booking period or redemption period.

Any additional conditions will be clearly stated when that voucher is offered and will apply alongside these general Terms & Conditions.

13. Changes to these terms
Davidson Photography may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will not reduce the monetary value of a gift voucher already purchased or remove rights that have already arisen under an existing purchase.

14. Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the purchaser's or recipient's statutory rights under UK consumer law.
