2. Promotional period

The Halloween Pet Photography 2026 promotion opens on 25 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 8 November 2026.

Halloween Pet Photography Sessions are offered subject to Davidson Photography's availability during the promotional period.

3. Halloween Pet Photography Sessions

Halloween Pet Photography Sessions are priced at £75, which is the normal Davidson Photography pet photography session price.

The session price has not been increased to reflect participation in the Halloween Prize Draw.

Sessions retain Davidson Photography's usual relaxed pet photography approach at a suitable agreed location, with optional Halloween-themed props, accessories and outfits available as additional seasonal elements.

4. Eligibility for the Halloween Prize Draw

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who make a qualifying Halloween Pet Photography Session booking during the promotional period.

A qualifying booking is a £75 Halloween Pet Photography Session that:

• is booked with Davidson Photography during the promotional period;

• is paid for in full;

• takes place no later than 8 November 2026; and

• is completed without subsequently being cancelled or refunded.

Each qualifying booking receives one entry into the Halloween Prize Draw.

Where the same customer makes and completes more than one separate qualifying £75 Halloween booking, each qualifying booking will receive one entry.

No separate fee is charged to enter the prize draw.

5. The Halloween Prize Fund

For every qualifying booking, Davidson Photography will contribute £10 to the Halloween Prize Fund.

For example:

5 qualifying bookings = £50 Prize Fund
10 qualifying bookings = £100 Prize Fund
15 qualifying bookings = £150 Prize Fund

Any Prize Fund totals publicised before the promotion closes are provisional.

If a booking is cancelled, refunded or otherwise ceases to qualify before the draw takes place, its associated £10 contribution and prize draw entry will be removed.

The final Halloween Prize Fund will be calculated after the promotion closes and all qualifying bookings have been confirmed.

6. The prize

There will be one winner.

The winner will receive a pet-themed prize package with a total value of at least the final Halloween Prize Fund.

The prize package will include:

• a framed photographic print of the winner's pet from their Davidson Photography session;

• a selection of pet-related goodies, which may include toys, treats and similar items sourced from reputable retailers; and

• where required, an Amazon.co.uk gift card to make up the remaining value of the Halloween Prize Fund.

For example, if the final Halloween Prize Fund is £50 and Davidson Photography spends £30 on the framed print and pet goodies, an Amazon.co.uk gift card worth £20 will also be included.

For transparency, the framed print and purchased pet goodies will be counted at the amount paid by Davidson Photography to obtain them. Any remaining balance will then be made up using the gift card.

Davidson Photography may spend more than the final Prize Fund when assembling the prize package, in which case the additional value will simply form part of the winner's prize.

If a particular intended product becomes unavailable, Davidson Photography may substitute it with a reasonable alternative.

The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Amazon and any pet retailer whose products are included in the prize are not sponsors of, and are not otherwise associated with, this promotion.

7. Winner selection

Following the closing date, one winner will be selected at random from all valid qualifying entries.

The draw will take place no later than Wednesday 11 November 2026.

Davidson Photography will use a random selection process and will retain a record of the entries and the result of the draw.

Only valid qualifying entries will be included.

8. Winner notification and claiming the prize

The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details supplied with their photography booking, such as email, telephone or WhatsApp.

Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.

The winner should respond within 14 days of the first notification to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any information reasonably required to arrange the framed print, pet hamper and gift card where applicable.

If the winner cannot be contacted despite reasonable attempts, does not respond within 14 days, declines the prize or is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, Davidson Photography reserves the right to select another winner at random.

The prize will normally be supplied within 30 days of the winner confirming the necessary details and choosing the photograph they would like used for their framed print.

9. Winner announcement and privacy

After the winner has been contacted and has accepted the prize, Davidson Photography may announce the result on its website and/or social media.

Where the winner agrees, the announcement may identify them using their first name and their pet's name, for example, "Sarah & Bailey".

The winner's photographs, full name or other personal information will not be used for promotional purposes without separate permission.

Personal information collected in connection with the booking and promotion will only be used as reasonably necessary to administer the photography session, promotion and prize draw, subject to Davidson Photography's usual privacy practices and applicable data protection requirements.

10. Trick or Treat Wheel

The Trick or Treat Wheel is a separate seasonal benefit included with Halloween Pet Photography Sessions and is not the Halloween Prize Draw.

Each completed qualifying Halloween booking receives one spin of the Trick or Treat Wheel.

Every spin receives a treat or gift.

Treats may include items such as:

• sweets or lollipops for the pet owner;

• sealed pet treats;

• small pet toys; or

• small pet accessories.

The exact item available within each category may vary according to stock and availability.

Where necessary, Davidson Photography may substitute an item with another similar item.

Human confectionery is intended for human consumption only.

Pet owners remain responsible for deciding whether any pet treat or food item provided is suitable for their animal, including checking for allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements.

The Trick or Treat Wheel treat or gift has no cash alternative.

11. Cancellations and refunds

A booking that is cancelled or fully refunded before the prize draw takes place will no longer qualify for entry.

Where this occurs:

• the associated prize draw entry will be removed; and

• the corresponding £10 Davidson Photography contribution will no longer form part of the final Halloween Prize Fund.

A customer who has completed and paid for a qualifying session remains entered unless the booking is subsequently refunded in full before the draw.

12. Changes or circumstances outside Davidson Photography's control

Davidson Photography intends to administer the promotion as described in these Terms & Conditions.

The closing date, eligibility requirements and other important terms will not be changed unless circumstances genuinely outside Davidson Photography's reasonable control make a change necessary.

Any change will be made fairly and will not intentionally disadvantage customers who have already entered.

If an intended element of the prize becomes unavailable, Davidson Photography may provide a reasonable alternative.

13. Facebook, Instagram and Meta

This promotion is administered solely by Davidson Photography.

It is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Meta, Facebook and Instagram have no involvement in selecting the winner or providing the prize.

Information supplied in connection with the promotion is supplied to Davidson Photography and not to Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

14. General

Davidson Photography reserves the right to reject or remove an entry where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has provided false information, acted fraudulently or attempted to manipulate the promotion.

Davidson Photography will administer the promotion fairly and in good faith.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Participation in the Halloween Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
